I found out about alternative menstrual products from a friend's blog one year ago — it never even occurred to me there might be another way to manage your period out there! I looked at GladRags and a few other brands. I chose GladRags after a few weeks of educating myself about the differences in product and care. I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I've been a happy user for over one year now. While I still have heavy flows, I don't have as many cramps, which is amazing! I told my sister and friends immediately.
